Release memory associated with a policy state handle previously created with dkim_policy_state_new().
DESCRIPTION
Called When dkim_policy_state_free() is called any time after initializing a policy state handle handle with dkim_policy_state_new().

pstate Policy state handle previously allocated using dkim_policy_state_new().
